This Master’s programme started as a European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) initiative and is developed according to the academic standard of the European Diploma of Psychology (EuroPsy). EuroPsy is supported by the European Federation of Psychology Association (EFPA). Work and organizational psychology is the scientific field of employees, workplaces, and organizations. These psychologists contribute to organization's success by improving the performance and well-being of its people. By using psychological principles and research methods they solve problems, increase workplace productivity, and improve the quality of work life.
